Business Readiness Roles (Multiple Vacancies) – Upcoming Opportunities
We are building a high-performing Business Readiness capability to support a major program of work. As part of this uplift, we are seeking expressions of interest for upcoming opportunities across both leadership and delivery roles.
Available Roles
Business Readiness Manager
A key role driving readiness across the program and ensuring business areas are prepared for change.
- Coordinate readiness activities across multiple workstreams
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and assess readiness levels
- Develop reporting and dashboards, including leveraging reporting tools and emerging capabilities where appropriate
- Track, manage, and communicate readiness status across the program
- Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment
Business Readiness Support Officer
Provide critical support to the readiness function and program coordination:
- Support meetings, including minute taking and coordination
- Track readiness activities and maintain logs
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and updates
- Support day-to-day delivery activities
We are looking for strong candidates who have:
- An Active NV1 security clearance (or higher), or the ability to obtain and maintain one
- Experience or exposure to business readiness, change management, organisational change (OCM), or similar delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in high-tempo environments with the ability to meet competing and often strict deadlines
- Ability to gather insights and translate them into structured reporting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in complex program environments with multiple priorities
Education / Qualifications
Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, including:
- Business, Change Management, Organisational Development, or related disciplines
- Project Management or Program Delivery qualifications
- Certifications in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Agile, PRINCE2)
- Experience working in Government or Defence environments is highly desirable
Equivalent practical experience in similar roles will also be highly valued.
