Integrated Support Team Lead – Defence

As the Integrated Support Team Lead, you will oversee an embedded team responsible for supporting long-range planning, campaign development and the integration of policy into operational frameworks. Working closely with senior Defence stakeholders, you will ensure outputs are aligned to strategic objectives, delivered on time, and integrated into broader organisational priorities and rhythms.

You will play a key role in shaping and improving planning processes, enhancing coordination across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring effective governance and reporting. The role also involves providing structured, risk-informed advice to support decision-making, as well as contributing to the development of frameworks, tools and systems that enable more effective planning and delivery in a secure, fast-paced environment.

In addition, you will represent the team in cross-functional forums, support collaboration across Defence and partner organisations, and maintain high standards in documentation, briefings and secretariat support. You will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.

This opportunity is well suited to professionals with a background in Defence or national security, particularly those with experience in strategic or operational planning, stakeholder engagement and risk management. Experience working in secure environments is essential, and a current NV2 clearance (or higher) is required.
