Program and Project Management Roles (Multiple Vacancies) – Upcoming Opportunities

Projects Assured is gearing up for a pipeline of upcoming work, and we are seeking expressions of interest from professionals across multiple levels to join our delivery teams. These roles will contribute to high-impact programs, supporting delivery across government environments.

Opportunities

We are building capability across Program and Project Management.  These roles will support Federal Government, working across a range of technology and digital initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates across a range of experience levels:

• Senior leaders to drive portfolios/programs, lead governance, and engage senior stakeholders
• Experienced delivery professionals to manage projects, including scope, risk, and delivery outcomes
• Developing practitioners to support project delivery, planning, and reporting
• Project Support Officers to coordinate schedules, maintain documentation, and support governance and reporting

Skills & Experience

• Experience in IT / technology project delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Ability to manage or support risks, issues, reporting, and governance activities
• Experience in Federal Government environments (highly regarded)
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (desirable)
• Australian Government security clearance (or ability to obtain) is essential
