Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role and level, responsibilities may include:

• Leading or supporting the delivery of complex projects and programs.
• Managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinating governance, reporting and assurance activities.
• Supporting planning, scheduling and project controls functions.
• Engaging with stakeholders across technical, operational and executive levels.
• Preparing project documentation, reports and briefings.
• Contributing to program outcomes through effective delivery coordination and oversight.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for professionals with:

• Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting projects and programs within complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• The ability to manage or support governance, reporting, risk and issue management activities.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience within Defence, National Security or Federal Government environments will be highly regarded.
• Relevant project management qualifications or certifications are desirable.
• An active NV1 Security Clearance is essential.
