The Role

Projects Assured are seeking multiple highly experienced Senior Business Analysts and Consultant Business Analysts with entry/intermediate skillsets to join the team. We are pursuing Technical BA, Business Process BA, or UI/UX BA skillsets and we have roles starting immediately or, in the new calendar year. Please identify the category you align too.

What the role involves and what you will bring (broad due to varying BA skillsets needs)

• Perform analysis of systems and business processes as a key input to the development and enhancement of ICT and Non-ICT enabled solutions
• Conduct workshops with executive and non-executive clients to develop requirements
• Develop various requirements and specifications; business, functional and technical requirements; other user-focused and agile requirements specifications
• Develop ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ business processes, data models, and undertake gap analyses
• Take an agile approach to developing personas, user stories and journey mapping in alignment to the Australian Government Digital Standard
• Define goals and requirements for projects and programs, and support continuous improvement in its technology and processes
• Assist with the development of training materials associated with the deployment of new systems and capabilities
• Experience in strategy and business improvement activities
• Demonstrated record of consulting in a Federal Government or Defence environment
• Application of standard practices tools and techniques e.g., BABOK
• Business Analysis certifications e.g., BBAP, CCBA, Agile Analysis (IIBA - AAC)
• Must hold an active AGSVA Baseline security clearance (NV1 ideal)
