Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Minimum NV1 cleared
  • Required to develop a number of artefacts in support and including but not limited to:
    • developing an integrated program master schedule;
    • developing integrated project schedules;
    • developing a reporting/dashboard tool
  • Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to independently prioritise work, work autonomously and be self-driven
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project expertise
  • Will be working full-time across two engagements (projects).

Skills and experience required:

  • A sound track record of supporting the successful delivery of complex ICT and business projects
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with client senior executives
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture
  • Possession of excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and timely project reports, documentation and correspondence
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including being able to communicate effectively and provide clear guidance to achieve business goals
  • Experience working within the federal government
  • Must be an Australian citizen and hold at least a NV1 security clearance.
