After two failed attempts to implement a new IT system supporting services for vulnerable Australians, a large Federal government department engaged Projects Assured to lead the change management.
Approach & Outcome
Projects Assured implemented a focused change management strategy to rebuild trust and drive adoption. A central SharePoint engagement hub was rapidly launched to provide stakeholders with readiness materials, milestones, FAQs, and “first look” resources. Resulting in a successful Go-Live, with early surveys showing 75 percent confidence in the new system.
