In 2023, we introduced the D&G Pillar of Excellence award which is presented to two Projects Assured employees every year, who best demonstrate excellence across our six business pillars - Sales and Marketing, Consulting Excellence, Service Delivery, People Engagement, Operations and Culture.
Project Assured’s founders Dave and Greg (D&G) established the pillars as the foundation of our business strategy and help guide our business decision-making. This award has been introduced in honour of their PA legacy and the continued success of our wonderful people.
Lee has proactively applied his sales and marketing know-how in the leadership of proposal development in his client account. He has guided his team through challenging times and still delivers high quality outcomes for his clients. Lee develops and delivers training both for his account and our Management Advisory service line, leads our PA Problem-Solving Community of Practice, provides regular mentoring support, and is focussed on bringing ‘fun’ to all aspects of his connection with PA.
Rebecca is a highly capable leader in change management and service design, and continues to demonstrate these capabilities through her client engagements. Bec builds trust and rapport almost immediately with her clients and colleagues and is driven to deliver quality outcomes. We applaud Bec’s change and communications skills, candid yet respectful advice, genuine care for our staff and ability to contribute to proposals and establish maintain and engage in new meaningful work. Bec reflects the PA Way traits of availability, affability and ability in her work everyday.
