The Role

Projects Assured are seeking highly experienced Management Consultants to join our PA teams and engage with a diverse range of clients to identify complex business, organisational and operational problems, and define effective solutions.

What the role involves and what you will bring

• 5+ years’ experience in strategy and business improvement activities
• Demonstrated record of consulting in a Federal Government or Defence environment
• Strong influencing and leadership skills reflected in the ability to work effectively across a variety of commercial and government clients
• Work collaboratively with clients to identify business issues and their root causes, and/or, clarify strategic and operational challenges
• Deliver high-calibre presentations to client Executive and non-Executive staff that clearly and concisely articulate key findings and recommendations
• Develop strategies, business cases, plans, organisation and/or process design
• Develop effective deployment solutions to drive and achieve desired client outcomes
• Provide support on all parts of the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, and post-implementation)
• Well-developed core consulting skills of stakeholder engagement, research, analysis, presentation, communications (verbal & written), attention to detail, and problem solving
• Must hold an active AGSVA Baseline security clearance (NV1 ideal)
