The Role

We are seeking a high-performing recruitment specialist to help us showcase Projects Assured and be dedicated to sourcing and connecting us to the best talent for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.

Someone with highly effective ‘sales’ techniques in gaining the attention of prospective candidates would be well suited. Head-hunting candidates while showcasing our brand will be your jam. Our recruitment process has multiple stages of which you will be comfortable in supporting or leading as needed. Your main focus will be on the building a top talent pool.

What you will bring

• Significant experience successfully hunting/recruiting in the Canberra market for consultancy roles in the areas of ICT/Infrastructure Project Management, Strategy & Business, Engineering & Architecture and Defence Capability roles
• Experience supporting or leading recruitment activities
• Exposure to large Federal Government Departments and the Defence sector (favourable)
• Team spirit, proactivity and a collaborative approach to achieve a common goal
• The ability to leverage a variety of communication platforms
• The ability to balance competing priorities, organisation skills are a must, and
• Outstanding communication, professionalism, resilience and perseverance skills

Day-to-day tasks look like

• ACTIVELY going after the right candidates for roles – DAILY
• Proactively attracting talent to build the talent pool
• Interactively building top talent candidate relationships
• Supporting and managing the administrative activities of the recruitment cycle
• Taking part in interviews and reference checking as needed
• Relationship management of candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders
