“My first few weeks at Projects Assured were fantastic. The people and culture were the highlights for me.
I genuinely feel like I’m part of the family with a close-knit culture where I feel comfortable asking questions and discussing a wide range of topics and found my fantastic colleagues have been happy to engage.
Personally, I am extremely happy to know the Company invests so much into staff professional development.
Having access to a learning platform like Percipio to develop new skills and revise my current expertise, through some of the online bootcamps, has been really great. Our in-person foundational skills training sessions have also been beneficial, like The PA Way training, to show me how to best approach the various challenges we face in our delivery of consulting services.
Another exciting aspect of the PA Experience that I value is the opportunity to develop my Professional Development Plan, which shows me that the organisation is genuinely interested in the career paths of their employees. I have already been able to attend Lean Process Improvement training to enhance my business analysis consulting skills.
A great thing to observe is, while we have some of our people working remotely, there is still a strong sense of belonging to the team. Regular community events, training workshops, social sharing platforms like Microsoft Teams and Yammer help us build relationships and contribute to our culture of staff connection.
I am thrilled to be a part of the PA family that support me to “Work, Live, and Reward.”
