Well-being comes first at Projects Assured.

It is no mistake that our Mission Statement reads ‘we support and nurture our staff, win the best work and deliver superior quality’, and in that order. We recognise the importance of supporting our people and ensuring that they are provided the best opportunity to be happy and healthy, in and outside of work. Having balanced staff ensures our team is operating at its ultimate potential and in return, provides the best working environment for us to deliver superior quality work.

We address staff well-being through individually tailored personal development plans that we review every six months. The plans encourage productive discussions with the Leadership, to enable the company to understand what you’re seeking in your professional and personal life, and how we can enable you to get there.

The environments we work in fosters teamwork and friendship across the company - be that in Account, Practice or community or social situations, such as the Hartley Lifecare Cycle Challenge or even the Dragon Boat team.

In 2019, the company-wide ‘Project 66’ initiative encouraged and supported all staff to make a positive change in their lives.  Mindfulness and resilience were key themes throughout all P66 activities that spanned from simple, individual habit changes through to regular group High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and weekly Pilates in the company head office. From the success of the P66 Initiative, Projects Assured has continued to support and invest in well-being, funding an ongoing group HIIT and Pilates classes into 2020 and beyond.

We don’t just talk about well-being at Projects Assured - we build it into our structure and systems and we get after it with real actions. We know that all of us will have some ups and downs. Supporting and nurturing our staff will always come first.
