Telstra wrote of Julie:

‘With a background in software engineering and defence, Julie Bance is no stranger to successfully navigating male-dominated industries. As General Manager of Service Delivery at Projects Assured, her strong technical leadership and long-term vision has enabled her to successfully implement next-generation technology that will enhance Australia’s national security.
